Damaged Tractor
We ordered two tractors (Kidzone 12V 7AH Premium Version...) for our kids for Christmas. We opened the first one and put it together with no issues.
The second, however, had a broken piece (picture available) when we first opened the box (picture available), but decided to move forward since there were less than 36 hours before Christmas and we knew a replacement wouldn't arrive in time.
Upon putting the tractor together, we discovered more issues, including a bolt that was too long (used for installing the steering wheel, picture also available) and some missing washers (used for the wheels).
We continued forward and were able to get the tractor together, though we were not happy with the quality from the beginning.
After just two uses, the front wheels nearly came off the axle due to the missing washers.
We started the return process, but noticed we were being required to pay the return shipping and the product was required to be 100% complete and in new condition when the tractor was broken and missing pieces from the beginning. Doesn't seem like a company "dedicated to our customer's satisfaction"

Defective new DELLA 10,000 btu window Air Conditioner
To Whom this matter concerns, I ordered several DELLA window air conditioners from One Big Outlet, through AMAZON, on June 6, 2022. TWO were 10,000 btu Air Conditioners, and One is 8,000 btu.
One 10,000 btu is running, and Cooling Great!
The other one is not!
It was making a rattling sound when I first turned it on, straight out of the box! I believe that it is the Blower! It will quiet down some, at various speeds, but rattle at others!

Is DEFECTIVE!
Yesterday, it was set at 73F, but it kept stopping, & starting at like 10 second intervals! And, It was Not Cooling the room anywhere near the set temperature!
It got rather warm in my den! While the other 10,000 btu was Walking the Dog, and Blowing COLD, Stong, & Much more Quiet than the Defective one!
Please reply back soon, because I need this matter taken care of promptly! IT IS HOT AS BLAZES HERE, IN SOUTH GEORGIA!

Excellent Customer Service
One Big Scam-Buyer Beware!!
This company is one big scam. Do not be fooled.
You buy an item from them and then if you don't like it they tell you yes you can do a return but the *** is, it's gonna cost almost half of what you paid for the item just a ship it back to California. I purchased an item for a $134 it was too small and I tried to send it back. The cost of shipping was $85. So it's like you get the merchandise if you don't like it you're pretty much stuck with it because you're not going to want to pay the super high price to send it back to them.
They will not work with you on it. They're just gonna say that it's not their fault that you want to return it and that is buyers remorse. This is not cool at all. The measurements of the fireplace insert did not even measure up to what they said it was.
After I was hoodwinked, I went to look on the BBB site and seen several other similar complaints. I will never purchase anything thats from them ever again. I purchased it through Overstock, so I thought it was from Overstock.
I didn't realize it was from a third party. So they are getting our money for products that they know we will not return because we don't want to pay almost another $100 to ship ot back.
